Twitter Will Restore Services After Users Were Unable to Tweet During Outage, Elon Musk Says

Twitter CEO Elon Musk on Thursday said that Twitter services would be restored later in the day, after several users were unable to access the service for hours. Users who were unable to tweet during the outage were shown a message stating that they had exceeded the daily limit for sending tweets.
