5G Technology in India Is Completely Indigenous, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Says

5G technology in India is completely indigenous and is not imported from another country, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said on Thursday. The country can now provide 5G technology to other countries that want it, she added. The minister's comments come weeks after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the launch of 5G services in the country on October 1.
