Samsung to Launch 3nm Chipsets on July 25, Ahead of TSMC: Report

Samsung is tipped to launch its new 3nm chips on July 25 in South Korea. Compared with the 5nm chips, the newly developed first-generation 3nm process is said to reduce power consumption by up to 45 percent, improve performance by 23 percent, and reduce the area by 16 percent.
