Trump's App Truth Social Deal Goes Under Investigation as Digital World Acquisition Faces Subpoenas

Donald Trump’s new social media business SPAC deal is facing a federal grand jury investigation that could impede or even prevent the acquisition of the Truth Social app. Digital World said in a regulatory filing on Monday that each member of its board of directors has been subpoenaed by the grand jury in the Southern District of New York.
