Elon Musk Suggests $0 Salary for Twitter Board Members

Elon Musk has stated that he'd offer $0 salary to the board members if Twitter accepts his buyout offer. However, Twitter adopted the 'poison pill strategy' allowing its shareholders to buy more shares of the company at a discount, and therefore, protect itself from a buyout.
